The Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will hold its 19th annual Gala and Business Procurement Fair at 6 p.m. March 1 at the Doubletree Hotel Colorado Springs World Arena, 1775 E Cheyenne Mountain Blvd., on the city's south side. The event's keynote speaker will be former U.S. Treasurer Rosario Marin (right) , who served in the post under President Bush from 2001-2003. She was the nation's first Mexican-born treasurer.
